came in tapachula to relax and have fun, this small hotel was cozy base for doing it. the rooms were comfy and exceptionally nice and we could park on site. the bed was comfortable, had fairly clean bathroom.

Efficient staff who were very helpful and took care of the onsite parking 🚗.

We had a really modern and comfortable room with a nice hot shower at One. The facilities, like the free washing machines and computers, were a great bonus. The staff, especially our angelic helper Leandro, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was fluent in English and even knew a bit of French and German. He provided us with valuable information, helped us order food in the city, called taxis, and assisted with anything we needed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the awkward breakfast setup and language barrier, I would definitely recommend this hotel. our experience at One was fantastic.
